24. The educational childcare provider must at all times be able to demonstrate to the Minister that the reduced contribution has been collected from the parent.
The educational childcare provider must be able to demonstrate the date and method of payment of the contribution and the number of days or half-days of childcare for which the contribution was paid, and keep books to enable that information to be verified.
